The Library’s Reference Department offers a variety of print and computer resources to fulfill the informational needs of Port Chester and Rye Brook residents. Our most frequently sought print sources are located in our Job Information, Business, Health, Local History, Fine Art and Consumer Information collections. Online information systems at the Library provide access to the Internet; thousands of full-text magazines and newspapers throughout the world; and a variety of online business, health, and education resources. The reference staff offers assistance in person, by phone, or by email. Visit, call, or send your questions. We will be glad to help you with your information and research needs. Through our affiliation with the Westchester Library System (WLS), we can also utilize the five million listings of the 38 public libraries in the county. With our extensive range of databases and online searching capabilities available through WLS, we can call upon a vast amount of outside resources if we do not have the answer on hand. You can call our reference librarians directly by dialing (914) 939-6710 or emailing pcrbref@wlsmail.org.
